Návrh (doporučení) na lázeňskou péči vystavuje vždy lékař, který ji indikuje, ať už se jedná o ambulantního specialistu, nemocničního lékaře nebo registrujícího praktického lékaře. To souvisí s odpovědností za řádné přezkoumání naplnění podmínek podle přílohy 5 zákona č. 48/1997 Sb., o veřejném zdravotním pojištění a o změně a doplnění některých souvisejících zákonů (dále jen „zákon č. 48/1997 Sb.“) a informování pacienta o tom, zda tyto podmínky jsou/nejsou splněny.

 

T. j. praktický lékař není povinen vystavit návrh k lázeňské péči za specialistu, který toto indikuje. V tomto případě bude úkon považován za administrativní úkon nad rámec běžné péče a bude zpoplatněn 600,- Kč. Toto neplatí v případě NAŠÍ indikace k lázeňské péči.
